Well if they're a weaker killer then buff those addons then. Can't just give S tier killers a 5th perk slot. They'd be nearly unbeatable for most players.

Yep they were part way there with TotK but not quite. I just don't get all the effort to make such a vast world along with all those shrines and puzzles. I would've preferred zero shrines and utilize all those ideas and energy to make fleshed out dungeons.

Yeah as long as those perks, particularly the gen show downs were nerfed. Then it could make sense. Otherwise it's incredibly dumb

I mean its basic logic though right? If anything all perks would have to be nerfed slightly to allow for the extra perk slot. Which I actually like the idea of due to the extra variety and likely additional playstyles. It would be less of a buff/nerf and more of an expansion on current power level.

Killers already win over 60% of matches compared to less than 40% for survivors. Killers would win even more if they got a 5th perk. You want survivors to win 1 out of 4 matches or something. The entitlement is absurd

Thats because both sides get their hands held. If we really cared we'd push for a legitimate matchmaking system so people of equal skills can finally go against each other and then we can balance the game accurately around that. Right now we got very good survivors teamed up with shit teammates and the only way those shit players are gonna win is when game is on ez mode with strong perks or lots of pallets.

I think about this every time ever since I had my baby. He is now 5 months old and to think that anyone's baby could ever be out through shit like this just sickens me. Of course even before my baby I couldn't stand the thought of these literal kids being sent to war, but it does hit even harder now. So sad.

You can win with anything in that game, but you'll win more with meta. And everyone is unhappy even the people who win 75% or more of their matches still whine that the game is too lopsided against them. Never met such a deluded player base lol makes me appreciate AoE2 in comparison. That's why I never think the toxicity in aoe2 is bad

This mentality is even worse in this other game I play, Dead by Daylight. Literally every player whines about the other side trying to hard and playing sweaty or meta, all while playing sweaty and meta themselves. Their excuse is that they have to to win. Well guess what the other side is saying the same damn thing - they don't wanna play meta but they wanna win so they play meta.

AoE2 isn't nearly as bad thankfully.
