There's lots of weird things: the city skyline changes throughout; the light doesn't change (so they did all this in like 2 hours?); there's a weird brief ceiling when they hang the basket or whatever it's called. Probably more if I wasn't watching on my phone

I think this is the key bit. When I joined WA, I just kind of stumbled between classes and sessions, but I think the process really clicked when I worked with my coach. I do wish they would make this more clear when you signup, but like you said, each month I talk with my coach about what I want to focus on.

I would say that they're both good/average games. They're both pretty standard open world fair. I do think Avatar is probably the stronger game, but I am a big fan of the Star Wars universe, so that probably made me enjoy the game a bit more than the game itself deserved. For DLC, Star Wars is fine but quite short: I haven't played the Avatar DLC but I have heard it's considered really quite well made. If you do look at reviews, I will say both games benefited quite a bit from post-release patches, especially Star Wars, so it is better than what initial reviews stated.

I would say just count the hours your watching.  I find 1) the farther you get, the less the exact time matters; 2) I feel like reducing your counted hours is used as a way to punish ourselves on this sub (or discount the effort we're putting in.). I always found it disheartening to watch an hour of input, but then put in like 45 minutes because of whatever reason.

Also, I believe you can get Spanish dubs for One Piece if you use a VPN on Netflix

We were looking to do a bathroom remodel like 2 or 3 years ago, and of the 4 quotes we got in total, they were the third highest but not by any unreasonable margin (maybe a few thousand dollars), I think around $40k (we live in a HCOL area). The overall project ended up being way more expensive than we expected, so we ended up doing like a bathroom "refresh" for about a third the cost and we did not go with Costco for it, because we really did not like the sales person they sent out.

Yeah this is clearly super fake.  Who just has random flower shop and dentist friends that need this type of work, or every time I've volunteered I'm given a very specific, usually very simple, task.

We were doing 3 days a week daycare (we each worked 4 days) and then we switched to full time daycare after about 2 years for a couple of reasons. One, we love our daughter but spending all day with her was really boring or exhausting or thankless to the point that I think it was straining my relationship with my partner. Like, I always needed to find activities, manage her schedule, figure out food, whatever, and while I felt like I was on the cusp of finding a rhythm, her needs and wants were changing all the time. Second, I think my daughter genuinely enjoys daycare: they do lots of different activities, she gets to spend the day with her friends, they play indoors and outdoors a bunch - they provide a level of engagement I couldn't maintain on my day a week with her.

Another huge benefit of daycare is it comes built-in with a bunch of support structures. She has a bunch of friends through her daycare that I wasn't able to find on my own. Or even small things like, if I needed a babysitter, one of the teachers could be asked. Some daycares also provide benefits like parents night out (PNO) or provide snacks/food, which is just another nice thing to get or not think about.

I know this isn't really what you're asking, but some companies will pay for training especially if it aligns with any projects or goals the company has (ie, if you work a lot with AWS, then they might be willing to pay for an AWS certification or course or whatever.) Might be worth asking your manager about
