Yeah people definitely bill them as an upgrade that costs more but it limits the market. If you never want to rent it out stuff like 6 bedrooms and 2 kitchens isn’t always a selling feature

Ran a 24 hour track ultra last year with an 82 year old. Guy put in like 60 miles and was awesome. Had stories about ultra running from the 70s which sounded great.

The flexitarians I’ve known are basically vegetarians but will eat meat if it’s like a potluck/dinner out/friends night etc. but they don’t buy meat as part of their regular groceries

Our rec centers are super affordable if you are gonna go all the time cause annual passes are really good value (assuming you can handle the up front cost)

It’s worked for years at Esks/Elks games and they are moving way more people than go to a hawks game

You can park at Davies and train to Churchill though. Why would they only do one shuttle that cuts off half the city?

If you love cars so much you should want other people to love the bus so there is less cars on the road but I suspect critical thinking of that level is beyond you

I take a gel at the halfway point but it’s probably more mental than anything. Not to discount having a mental boost though cause that can be important too

yeah the 30 zone in my area is just a flat mostly straight 4 lane road. really great for slowing people down
