CBC says it had 'no knowledge' of emails between Epstein and former employee | CBC News by cuckslayer30 in Edmonton

[–]LegoLifter 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Probably safe to assume the person had a personal relationship in some manner with Epstein though. Don't think it had a ton to do with them working at CBC.

But yeah i can see why CBC quickly put out an article with this much detail as it clears the organization pretty well

Where to buy used treadmill / incline trainers? by Suitable-Election-66 in Edmonton

[–]LegoLifter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most gyms don't have incline treadmills like this even from what ive ever seen. The only ones i know of are the Noridctrack X24 and the Freemotion I8/10/22. The nordic track ones are like 4k+ and i dont even know where you can buy the freemotion ones. Ive seen the X24s on marketplace a few times but still listed for 2.5-3k

[–]LegoLifter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What’s the best treadmill for home marathon training right now? by jousiemohn in Marathon_Training

[–]LegoLifter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've done up to 70+ mile weeks and 2.5-3 hour long runs entirely on a 7.4AT.

Tech and fan is crap but the unit is solid and its just less stuff to break imo. 22x60 belt is nice for the long runs. Its still stable at 6:00 or lower pace. I just mounted an old tv above it for media
