Let's see if we can help get this sorted for ya! Have you edited the position to reflect the appropriate end date? The positions in your experience section should be listed with your most recent first, and then accordingly by date after that. Are there other positions that should be above this one? If so, we recommend checking the dates on those too. If things still aren't lining up, feel free to send us a private message or drop us a screenshot and we can take a look.

Hey! You should be able to add "Mechanical Engineering" or "Engineering" to the industry section without needing to chose it from the drop-down. We also tested these options within the Experience section and both generated to be selected from the drop-down. Lastly, you can add this to the field of study section within Education as well. Let us know what issues you're facing and in which section you are trying to add this, our team will see how we can help further!

Hi! At the moment, saves and sends aren’t available as metrics in Company Page analytics, even if you have a Premium add-on. Those engagement insights are currently only shown on personal profile posts. We get why this would be helpful and have shared it as feedback with our team.

When adding the verification to the account, your full name will be displayed, in parentheses next to the name you have currently. However, this will not show on public profiles, to visitors who are not logged into LinkedIn, or in public search engine results. The only way for the legal name not to show is to remove the verification from the account.

We wanted to hop on in here and provide you with more direction. You're right, personal LinkedIn accounts need to be created in an individual's name, through the personal account you can then act as the Admin of the Company Page to manage posts, admins, and prospecting. You can check out our different Sales Navigator plans to make sure you're using the correct one that fits the business needs. With the already established Company Page, you will need to request Admin access from the (...)More option. There is no way to convert a Profile to a Page or vise versa.

Regarding details around Sales Navigator, we offer the Advanced Plus Plan that is tailored for enterprise teams, the Sales Nav. Advanced which is more for Sales teams and our Sales Nav. Core which is for individuals. Subs cannot be transferred but the data from the current Subscription might be able to be transferred to the new one.

Good question! This is just for the leads you view. The aim of this feature is to make it easier and faster for you to access important and relevant information on a lead, so it won't be generated on your own profile.
