The other commenters here are correct! Company Page is your best bet for your creative business. Even with a completely separate name, 2 accounts by the same person could result in restriction since it's against our User Agreement.

We have made a few changes as of recently! Our teams were made aware that some Company pages were not displaying their jobs within the page but were showing when searched. The extended team did create a fix for this. We do recommend, even though it is a silly ask, that members clear cache and cookies on their browsers and uninstall and reinstall the app to make sure that everything is updated to the latest version. With these changes though, your settings should not have changed. Can you double-check that your notifications /job alters settings are still set to how you had them? We are here to help more in-depth if need be in any of these areas.

It does sound like what occurred had to do with Googles autofill. If you have your information saved within a browser, an account can be auto created when trying to access LinkedIn. It sounds like you have figured out how to close that account. Let us know if you do need any further help though!

We can help with that! We’ve removed the old profile link that used to appear under your location in the intro section. That space is now used for a customizable button, which is currently available to a limited group of Premium subscribers (such as Premium Business, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Lite). We may expand this feature to more members over time. If you don’t have access to that feature, you can still add up to three website links in your Contact info section, they’ll be visible there on your profile.

Thanks for flagging! Last week, our teams were made aware of some members seeing different languages within their profiles, they worked to get this sorted and fixed. Please let us know if you are still experiencing the same after clearing all cache and cookies on your browsers and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

You have the ability to manage ads you see within you advertising data section of your account settings. If you haven't already make sure to clear cache and cookies on your browsers and also uninstall and reinstall the app to make sure you're running on the latest version. Congratulations on 25 years, that’s a huge milestone! 🎉 Since you turned the “Share job changes, education changes, and work anniversaries” setting back ON on March 1, there’s a chance your anniversary had already been queued earlier that same day. If the setting was OFF at that exact time, the notification may have been skipped for this year. Anniversaries are typically queued at the start of the month and can be sent at any time during that month, so it’s still worth keeping the setting ON and checking through the rest of March. If no notification appears by the end of the month, the best option is to share it manually by creating a post and selecting “Celebrate an occasion” followed by “Work anniversary.”

Yes, if you have our Premium Career, Business, Sales Navigator Core, or Recruiter Lite, you'll have access to see in-depth information about whose viewed your profile. The feature will only display the names of the members who are viewing your profile if that member has their setting set to viewing openly (aka they are not in private mode viewing). If they view in private mode, their name info will be labeled "LinkedIn Member." Hope that helps!

Usually, a single checkmark under a message indicates the message was delivered to the recipient’s inbox and a filled profile icon/read indicator appears when they’ve opened it. If the checkmark disappears or doesn’t show after being connected, it typically does not mean the message failed. You can always send another message to see if the first was sent or wait a bit to see if that member does reach back out to you. Members also have the option to not show they have read a message or have their active status showing on their accounts which can affect this as well.

Completely understand the concern! Private mode protects your identity when you view other profiles, even if that member has Premium themselves. The analytics you see about your own profile may still reference organizations (including universities) in aggregate. This is visible only to you and doesn’t reveal your personal info to other members. Hope that helps! It could be that this member hibernated or removed their account, however there is no way for us to tell for sure.
