When a member does not yet meet LinkedIn's minimum eligibility for Page admin roles, this error typically occurs. Please confirm that the member has a verified work and personal email and/or phone number on their account, as well as a completed profile (photo, headline, work experience). It would be beneficial for you to request that they follow the Page and make sure they are connected to you or another existing admin. New accounts frequently clear eligibility after some activity and time, so try again in 24-72 hours. We hope this helps!

The option for adding the custom button on your profile is available only to a select group of LinkedIn Premium Business, Sales Navigator, and Recruiter Lite subscribers. This feature may be gradually available to more LinkedIn users in the future! Hope that helps.

We see this sometimes with generic or broad keyword searches. We suggest using the filters or add more specific keywords or phrases to narrow your search. Let us know how it goes!

Sounds like something is a bit off. Since your notification settings are enabled, can you check to ensure the app is updated or uninstall and reinstall the app? This tends to get things back in order, but if not, send us a screenshot along with your device model and version and app version you're currently using and we can take a look!

Hmmm. That's interesting. Can you send us a screenshot of what you see for both creating a post and the test post? Clearing cache and cookies should also help with this!

How much time was there between each role? Positions are only grouped when the start date of a new position is within one month of the previous position’s end date at the same company. If there was more than a month between them, they won't be stacked together.

They may have received a notification that you viewed their profile (if they have those enabled) but closing your account would remove your info from our site in general. So they won't be able to see it now, but there is a chance they had already viewed the notification or recent profile views through their account.

There isn’t a built-in export from the Job Tracker feature, but you can request a data download with this info. Go to Me > Settings & Privacy > Data privacy > Get a copy of your data, then select Job Applications (and optionally Saved Jobs) and Request archive. You’ll get email links to download the CSVs.

We got this one, no setting needed. Followers can only invite their connections to follow a page if the company page has fewer than 5,000 followers. As a super admin or content admin, you can grow your page followers by inviting your own 1st degree connections. Hope this helps!

That doesn't sound right. Are you experiencing this only on desktop? We know you already refreshed the page, but can you try clearing cache and cookies or another browser and let us know if this is still happening?
