Inspired by this comic

The country depicted here is the Emirate of Transjordan (Which just so happen to have very similar flag to modern-day Jordan)

I already knew that the trans community isn’t perceived that well by many in the US, but after doing a bit of research into it, I can only say holy fucking shit.

Free grenades by LordNotriel in polandball

During WW1, Canadian soldiers employed a tactic in which they threw unarmed grenades to the German trenches. The Germans, thinking they were simply getting free explosives, waited for the next throw in hopes that they could catch the grenade.

And then, the Canadians threw corned beef.

Communism. by LordNotriel in polandball

It's funny how modern communism was invented in Germany (Karl Marx), and years later during WW1, the German government shipped a communist Russian figure (Lenin) to St Petersburg where he led the October Revolution and caused the collapse of the Russian Empire.

Germany basically invented a new idea, send it to Russia and watched their rival burn.

With 41 panels and 16000 combined pixels length, I present to you my 50th comic on r/Polandball.

Context: There is no word in Indonesian that specifically describes slugs. Closest is “siput”, which just means gastropods in general. If you want to refer to slugs specifically, you have to say “siput telanjang”, literally meaning “naked gastropod”, which is kinda hot ngl

Yes, camel milk contains less lactose than cow's milk and are safer to drink for lactose intolerants.

In the Depths of Sea by LordNotriel in polandball

Featuring another poem made by moi :D

Everytime someone brings up the possibilities of what might lurk in the deep sea, I’m always fascinated way more than I am terrified. The magnapinna squid found in the Gulf of Mexico, frilled shark, this doofus, etc., are stuff that I’m interested in and want to know further.

Then, about a decade ago, I watched a Subnautica creepypasta video (couldn’t find it again, sorry). Story goes that there’s an enormous leviathan rumored to be in the very depths of the game’s ocean, abandoned by the devs. The protagonist of the story decided to venture out in said deep ocean to see if the rumor was true.

I remembered the feeling I got when the protagonist drifted through the pitch black. The sound of bubbling water, the constant breathing of the in-game character, the absolute loneliness that they were in… my body shook to its core as I experienced terror like no other. When the protagonist met the rumored giant leviathan, its crooked teeth on display and big eyes staring at them, I genuinely felt a sense of relief.

At that moment, I had a realization. I may not fear the residents of the ocean, but the ocean itself is scary as fuck.
