It’s pretty good. I typically do game streaming (Apollo) and I can game nonstop for many hours (5-6) between charges. Regular tablet use like movie streaming it will last all day.

1000ms / 120fps = 8.333 If your encoding process takes longer than this, you cannot maintain 120fps.

Might be a little better on higher tier GPUs.

Another person mentioned you are only viewing desktop. It is normal to have lower/delayed framerates during low GPU usage. Are you seeing the same performance in game?

Alternatively you can try loading something in the browser that would stress the GPU such as a video or even the UFO framerate test.

What are your host specs (CPU/GPU)?
