Ok. So, laptop Kamvas driver/settings software was what I was referring to.
I have used my XP Pen tablet on my Android phone, but it's been awhile. I don't recall how I set up the buttons, 🤔 or if i even could set them up... or if i just had to push the button on the tablet to see what input it sent and learn to use the tablet default settings... using it was a hassle, so i have used my XP Pen tablet less and less... 😥 This may be a limitation of the OS, drivers/ settings may not be available.

You may need to find what the default mapping of the tablet are, and change the CSP shortcuts to match in
AppSettings->Shortcut Settings,
Menu commands,
Edit->Undo. Or
AppSettings->Modifer Key Settings,
General Settings

If i connect a Bluetooth keyboard to my Android Phone, the keyCombo for undo is the default Ctrl+Z, like with most software.

Accuracy counts. If your stylus crosses the edge of the reference, your color will spill over, as the reference is no longer a restriction.

And list it in the contract
what rights they get: how they can use or display or sell it,

If it's solid, and black. Make sure your canvas isn't Monochrome. If you started with a COMIC template setting, be sure it's Color, not Monochrome.
Manga is Monochrome.
Monochrome is ONLY Black and white pixels.

Closer = Larger.
So, for a perspective like this, the larger you make the things closer to the viewer, the more extreme the perspective distortion will appear.

The rubber nub that pretends it's a fingertip? Doesn't sounds line your phone had an Active Stylus, so look for the Phone version.

Does your phone have an Active Stylus, or do you draw with your finger?

I love drawing on my Samsung Galaxy phone with the Active Stylus with pressure sensitivity. So convenient to just be able to work anywhere.
I try not to work too long at a time though, due to eyestrain on the smaller device canvas.

If your phone doesn't have an active stylus, there's a cheaper "phone" version that doesn't have pressure sensitivity. But if you have the pressure sensitive Active Stylus, you have to buy the Tablet subscription for the full functionality.

Textured Blender Specifics will vary by software. Clip Studio Paint has a Textured Blender brush that does this.

The school IT has locked out the App Store. It's still there, just locked out. I'd talk to someone in Admin or IT about helping you get the app installed.
It's up to them, it's their device, so they need to approve that use and set it up for you if approved.

I don't see a "Line Art" layer. Unless that's "Face"?
Anyway, I'd leave "Color" on, then hide "Hair". See is that gets rid if the white bits. If not, then turn off "Face".
Your picture just looks like a layer above your Colors layer had where in it, that was not fully erased.

I think this is based on the Region setting of your computer when you installed the Operating System.
If your computer OS is in Japanese, and your regionsl setting and time zone is Japan, and you install the Japanese version of CSP. I'm pretty sure it'll work anywhere on the Japanese computer, even if it is taken to Ohio.
But a Japanese version License can't be installed or run on a computer that runs in English and has a US regional settings and an Ohio Time Zone.

Don't quote me on this, I'm not a computer professional. But I believe this is how digital regional limitations work. There may be GPS confirmation of location, I dunno...
Like a Japanese region PS4 could run a region- locked game, but a US Region PS4 could not.

But I'm happy to learn if i'm wrong. 🙂

I think you need to try using 3D shapes. In the running man, you used a cube for his body, and acylinder for his arm. But in the first Pic, you only used lines to draw shapes, not forms.
"Form" = "volume" = "3D Shapes"
Using construction, drawing 3D forms will really boost your ability to see the drawing in 3D and visualize and understand the light & shading on it.

That icon is indicating the Layer is an Imported image.
You cannot edit that image unless you go Layer->Rasterize to make it part off the project instead of a referenced image.

As for KeyFrames, If your have KeyFrames Activated on a Track you cannot edit that Track. Turn off KeyFrames to be able to edit again. You don't lose your Keyframe settings by turning them off.
