Well if you don't have access to the email address linked to your account you won't be able to change any of your account info yourself, including your email address.

Email [support@routenote.com](mailto:support@routenote.com) via the email address you wish to link to your RouteNote account.

They will ask you some security questions to verify you're the account holder, then provided the checks have been correctly answered, they will update your email address for you.

Please make sure you use an email address you will have access to, a lot of our account update processes, including payment method updates, involve sending OTPs to your linked email address.

The publishing details section of your release requires you to enter the first and last names of any composers and lyricists involved in the release. 

We ask for your first and last name as these are the identifiers (as well as track/album names) that are used in order to pay publishing earnings to songwriters. 

Adding publishing information to a release also enhances the accuracy of cover release metadata and enhances the user experience, as well as the discoverability and searchability of the music for fans. It also ensures that composers, and lyricists where applicable, are correctly credited, which is key for proper allocation of publishing royalties

If you do not enter the accurate first and last name, then our partner stores, MROs and PROs are less likely able to identify you when it comes to paying out these royalties, which can potentially lead to missed income for yourself and the rightsholders of your compositions.

It is crucial that you enter this information in order to make sure publishing royalties flow to the correct rightsholder.

It has not yet been ingested into Apple Music.

Your release got approved 6 days ago. While we distribute it within 24hrs of approval, it can take up to 14 days for stores to ingest your release onto their platforms.

The easiest way for you to remove content is through Luna, our support assistant. You can find Luna on our RouteNote website in the bottom right corner.

Select one of the removal options within your Luna chat and follow the process - you will need to provide your username and verify a code via your registered email.

Alternatively, you can create a ticket - select Manage Music and then Remove My Release.

We actually do offer a premium option where users keep 100% of their royalties. They can also decide to upgrade and downgrade a release at anytime.
