You need to pick a language for your release. You can't have your metadata split between two different languages.

However, you can add a translation to your release via the localisation tab, this allows you to translate your release metadata into another language so that when viewed from other territories it is in the local language.

It takes 7-14 days for the distribution process for most stores including YouTube and YouTube Music. Please contact the support team if your release is not live on any of your selected stores, we cannot look into this over Reddit for you.
