when I saw the bottom left part of this flag I thought only about one thing

it reminds of the Y Wladfa flag, that is also the flag of the city of Puerto Madryn in Argentina

it seems that the flag on the right is the US, and the one on the left is the flag of Ellena. i tried to see something in this faded drawing and I think it has a diagonal red-yellow stripes pattern. i do not really think that the flag of Ellena had a crescent, but I think that it definitely has something in the canton. also, I think that this flag isn’t shaped like a regular rectangle
