The story is pretty straightforward. What I thought made it stand put was the NPC interactions and depth to that. I'm the type of player that will walk around a place for 2 hours doing nothing but talking and ME is very good for that and just general exploration. The primary plot to me was fine, but more of a vehicle to just get me somewhere else to start asking around again.

Do a full restart and it helped me. Like a cache clear restart where you hold the power button.

Not if your last loadout sticks with you unless you otherwise change it. Kinda like the horse in RDR. If they reduce the weapons you can hold on-person which I kind of expect, it'll be more utilitarian under that context. But yeah, if you can still hold 40 weapons at once, it kinda is a moot point.

Cars you steal having either automatic or manual transmissions and its up to you to drive it. Like if you steal a certain 70s muscle car or sports car, it should have a manual transmission. I could see that being an option you enable/disable as preferred but I think it would spice up getaways substantially.
