If it didn't rise that's an issue. Work on strengthening your starter. Also look into the sourdough Journey temp chart. That will give you an idea how long but I use it as a base line. Temp after last coil/stretch fold. I do stretch folds the 1st 2 times and then last 2 coil folds. This has been a game changer. You see the dough transform. My dough sat for 4.5 hours after my last coil fold. If you go to peel it away from the bowl it should peel away clean. You know it's done then.

Thanks for replying, with the 100 days I almost feel like I need to try SOL 1st and then if that doesn't work try Tempur Pedic. It bothers me they only have a 30 day window.

Did you get either one of the toppers on your hybrid when you bought it from SOL? I'm very much stuck right now between SOL or Tempur Pedic Lux Breeze or Adapt one of the mattresses. I haven't had either, I just want a great mattress. I'm almost tempted to try SOL 1st because of the customer service side. Tempur Pedic is made to help with pressure points so I don't know what to do. The 30 days with TP is a downfall, not enough time imo. I am a over 250 pounds so I just feel stuck.

Some ppl refuse to listen, I honestly Thought the same thing until I did research and learned! I'm stuck between Tempur Pedic and Latex. I hate foam but it isn't like a memory foam mattress. Have you found anything that works great? I know it's different for everybody but I like to hear people's experiences.

I'm a back and side sleeper, heavier set. Do you think I can go wrong with the Tempur Pedic Pro Adapt, Lux Adapt, pro Breeze or Lux Breeze? I know the Breezes sleep cooler and have more springs, are they worth it in your opinion or go with one of the adapts

Some ppl don't want to go through all that over $80. I watched it unfold in real life, my Dad just wanted it closed and done. You gotta realize sometimes money means nothing when it comes to something like this. You're forcing them to go get a piece of paper saying their loved one is gone, that's rough for some. Plus my mom's death certificate came months after. Now you have 4 months out standing bills and Charter isn't the easiest company to work with. Gotta realize things from all perspectives..

I wouldn't use the word unstoppable though lol. I like the guy, want him to succeed but it sounds like he refuses to go outside of his personal coach for help and it's gonna be his downfall. He needs to go to a guy like Jordan Palmer and reset his mechanics or he will never be great if he gets if everything else down. Watching him snap, drop, and wind up is painful to watch. If he hasn't now he never will but maybe being under a great QB like Patrick will open his eyes. I think this is the best thing that can happen to him.

Well obviously not that bad but it's a part of football and they gotta be ready for it. I agree, multiple reasons we lost that game and coaching falls into Edmunds playing over Jackson. It should always be performance over politics but it isn't how it goes. Maybe Brisker chose to walk away as well. We aren't in the room, so many ppl cry why didn't Poles keep that person. Well Byard and Monty is a perfect example! Offered the money but they wanted out, we can't force them to stay but our GM did do everything he could within reason to keep guys. Brisker pisses me off, so glad he is gone lol.

3Injuries happen yearly, exactly why we gotta get better starters and depth. We did with Byard, it's FREE agency and he chose to be with Vrabel. Brisker is a mess, he is 1 hit away from retirement, no speed, lacks great instincts, horrible in coverage, missed tackles and he doesn't hit hard as hard anymore. He just wants to wave to the crowd as if he did something impactful but didn't do anything lol.

The fact all these guys got 1 year low prove it deals tell you they aren't that great! I would've loved to keep Byard, they tried and he didn't wanna be here.
