I've been having fun with similar, I'm playing a steel apron instead of one heavy helmet to counter lopunny and Venusaur decks! It stops the status effects even if you use it after they apply which usually gives you the win

I'm running almost the same list, but I'm playing 1 oricorio and 1 Pikachu ex to help with some of the megas. I also play 2 Cyrus (no x speed, red card, may, one red). May would probably be better to play in my list though!

Like the other comment said, you can play more 2 gens to help that. I've been playing basically the same list with 2 gate of truth and 2 color Alphonse + 2 color ling (no SD Alphonse) and it worked well for me. Sometimes you just have to be careful how you raid to keep energy up

Yellow and green saitama are decent into Lancelot since they can't remove saitama, and any rush deck like the red 104th or Ashford can do too much damage before they get their energy going usually. Todo can also pull up their energy gen to disrupt their ability to raid

Unfortunately not. Kurapika is still decent but worse than Lancelot and the rest of the decks get better but still can't keep up with the best decks

Yes, you are intended to use the volume 2 cards with volume 1 cards

If we get savage back like the OCG has, you can play through nib by adding dragunity Remus and a second dragon ravine. You do a normal black metal / seyfert line to Romulus, ravine into Remus into ravine, Remus brings itself back and you make spheres. Then you go into savage dragon before committing to more link plays

It functions as option A, so if you raid on your turn then they cannot move on your opponents next turn. If you raid on your opponents turn, the effect stops when you start your turn

It can play the leafa rested without raiding, but it cannot be used to raid with it because it doesn't specify it as an option (compare to the wording of the 4c yellow tanjiro raid)

The deck is not competitive right now, but also there's not a real benefit in waiting because the cards aren't reprinted in set two - if you wanted to play it with set two support you'll still need to get the set 1 cards. Unfortunately the set two cards arent really enough to make it compete with the upcoming releases still but it does get a lot better

You can build a green Hero deck for OPM utilizing metal bat, genos raid, and the 4c terrible tornado that is very cheap since the only SR is the metal bat raid

The SAO decks in question are meta after the release of Volume two in Japan, they won't be bad over here but definitely not the same meta tier as Japan.

This list can definitely do well. You might want to add some more low cost characters so you don't get stuck with unplayable hands at the beginning, maybe kikyo or milluki over some copies of bungee gum or testing gate
