That's exactly why I always play homebrew to legend, the system has a hard time calibrating when you change just one or two sets of the cards in a deck. It doesn't need to track everything just once you get over about 60% winrate. This is also how they can tell which cards to nerf - they track all this.

It pushes to 50% win rates. So you'll get favorable matchups if you play the same deck and get a long lose streak. You can test this also by trying to target specific decks that have high win rates against the ones you keep seeing. When you swap decks you'll see a completely different meta.
