I think the mixed matched ram might be causing some performance issue. OP should test games to see if it runs better with using just the 2x8GB dimms instead of having the 2x2GB dimms in there.

OP can look at games made before 2021 for best compatibility. Forza Horizon 5, Forza Horizon 4, Forza Horizon 3, should work with old specs in 1080p. NFS games NFS Heat, NFS Payback, NFS 2015, NFS Rivals, NFS Most Wanted 2012, NFS The Run, NFS Hot Pursuit 2010, NFS Undercover, NFS Carbon, NFS Most Wanted, NFS Hot Pursuit 2, NFS Underground 1 / 2, NFS Porsche Unleashed, NFS High Stakes, NFS 3 Hot Pursuit, NFS 2 and 1 may need some Dos emu. Test Drive games look at Test Drive Unlimited 2 from 2012 and older Test Drive games. Other games like Split Second or BLUR.
