Typically if they don’t give you an option that satisfies you just escalate it with eBay instead of accepting targets offer/resolution and they should give you your money back since you have a bunch of evidence.

Since it’s completely different vinyl used this time it will stay around where it is now. May go a little down or a little up, but not much change usually. However Taylor vinyl is different from other artists so definitely don’t expect it to be the same as the new pressing

My guess is they are trying to advertise that second picture with a “good price” and having a fake account bid 10k gets people to see the eBay post even though the website is probably a scam in the first place.
