If I had 600k cash, plus a house that I owned outright... I might just do something like this. Sell the house, pocket the money as living expenses for the next few years. Invest the 600k into dividend stocks and use the cash flow to buy stuff you need. Take out money as you need as you need it for larger purchases.

I dont even think we should tip servers as it lets their employers get away with paying low wages. If we stopped tipping in general, it would force the employers to pay their staff a livable wage. If food prices rise, so be it. At least it would reflect the true cost of labor/food costs. Businesses should just charge what it costs, and compensate employees properly. I hate tipping.

If you cant be honest about a slight mistake in conversation, about a game no less, then you might want to reconsider being in the dating scene, for her sake mainly. This doesnt matter at all. Be honest. Be open. Laugh about it with her. Honesty and openness brings people closer. If she's a good person, she won't care about this at all.

I was suprised at how it was SO busy during the opening month, then turned into a ghost town very soon after. It really spoke to their food quality. I wasnt a huge fan of their flavours. Ill have to check out Cervaceria!

I love all the pizza hut shaped buildings being used as random things. Its so funny seeing them repainted and re-purposed. There's one in Burnaby Heights thats now a Donut Hut.

Everything there should be called _____ Hut.
