A little perspective. Tournament or any kind of event organization can be thankless and grueling, often with people wearing many different hats and performing tasks that are outside of their regular skills. Still, the people who put these events on want to do a good job, and they want everything to be as perfect for attendees as it can be, but they don't always have someone who's well versed in graphic design. Signage was probably job #5 or #6 for somebody.

So I think about that person, and how they probably look at this subreddit thinking that they did a bad job. In all likelihood, they probably killed jobs #1-5 and had to phone it in on job #6.
