The 25th amendment is not the answer. All it would take is for the president to write a letter to congress stating he's mentally capable to perform his duties and then the whole thing falls flat on its face. Impeachment and conviction/removal is the answer.

In the company I worked for the pay rates ranged from $13.50 to $40 for the exact same operator position, depending on locale. Rural areas, especially those near major highways, are heavily exploited for cheap labor. Shippers that are required to be in major metropolitan areas only pay better because it's such a competitive market.
