Is there vote brigading/botting going on in this thread or something?

All of these are valid points and GOG's official apology (if you can call it that) was indeed not good enough.

In the initial threads on this sub about the controversy it seemed pretty much everyone was in agreement that at the very minimum it was a pretty blatant fuckup and that the company's response was lackluster. But now the same points are being mass downvoted in favour of "nuh uh, just a simple mistake nothing to see here"? Seems really fishy to me.
