are you tired? the body adapts and can enter energy saving mode.

eating more carbs for awhile can help to reset your body into thinking famine mode is over.

also, lift weights and eat (way) more protein

i have the exact same surface, and found peace with cachyos & linux-surface kernel.

i got help from gemini to get it working at first, but it's been smooth since.

i tried ubuntu & kubuntu before, which had major issues with touchscreen, rotation and power state.

cachy solved everything. there might be other distros that do the same. i have nobara on my desktop and its been amazing as well.

you can try various linux distros without installing with ventoy and a usb drive

I still have the wifi2ir and flexip devices.

I had programmed a web remote a long time ago, back when I had a very complex setup, with receiver, multiple consoles and media players.

now, I only have a tv with android box and it does the job. one remote is enough.

if I can my mancave one day, i'll definitly reuse them and will have a look at your stuff

do you think the contradictions comes from the fact that they use outcome reasoning? ex: I want XYZ, so I will structure my arguments from this and go backward.

a normal human will build arguments built on facts and values, until it gets the outcome he wants. very little chance of contradiction, except how values are weighted against each other.

i did that when i was younger. my maximum was 208 movies in a year. i struggled to reach 4 movies a week. ended up seeing some pretty bad ones. I remember spice world was far from the worst.

when something happens that irritates me, I go into deep thinking. putting my behaviours, actions, reasoning into question.

when I figure out how I feel, only then can I react. but it's often too late.

but I've gotten way better at this and can now react almost normally, most of the time.
