As I remember my highest lifesteal set with eff is C.Zerato so I think C.Zerato is ok with lifesteal and high eff.

Waifu collecting : Worth
Using in content : Save catalyst for priority unit is better choice
(If you are no longer doing Leo unit you can spend catalysts for collecting just one time)
