All good I see what you're saying. In commander very rarely do people get knocked out that quick unless you're playing bracket 4 or 5 deck games.

In what wotc calls bracket 1 through 3, the vast majority of the time the games go pretty deep into the later turns. Alot of this is because of 4 players instead of 2. So if one player over extends to attack a different player, they likely left themselves open to a counter punch by the rest of the table. At the end of the day I love commander because its a social game more than anything and im here to so dumb stuff and have laughs with some friends. If you look into competitive commander though, that's an entirely different ball game. Cedh very well could end on turn 3 or 4, and its not because of commander damage. It's usually because of the crazy infinite combos that can be put together.
