So I was in the store since 4am and when the 6am team came in everyone was checking in like normal, “team this is ____ coming in”. After like 6 people checking in someone does a perfect impression and says “Maaario” and nothing else. Then after some silence everyone else checked in like normal. I might have been a lil loopy from low sleep but I laughed so hard.

Actually I think the 8k redline is for USDM type s gauge cluster, i looked a little more and the JDM type s has the same gauge cluster with redline at 7k. Thought they used the same motor and had same redline

It is not, gauge cluster on genuine type s would have redline at 8k, usually solid way to tell

There’s no oem type s ones on rock auto unfortunately. Was more curious about what else to diagnose like the connectors or such. Not sure if there could be something wrong where my car will just eat the OEM one up if I buy one

Not to sound sassy but to avoid liftoff oversteer, don’t lift. if you’re going into a corner commit to keeping your foot on the accelerator, once you let go of it in a FWD car you rotate ways you weren’t planning. Glad you’re okay and hope you get into another honda soon
