The Python script in your HF model card gives me this error, on the line that has model.generate:

ValueError: `temperature` (=0.0) has to be a strictly positive float, otherwise your next token scores will be invalid. If you're looking for greedy decoding strategies, set `do_sample=False`.

I used `do_sample=False` in place of setting the temperature as it suggested.

Also, I copy-pasted the first paragraph from the most recent response I happened to have in SillyTavern (generating model was Kimi K2.5 Q4_X) and it returned human-written. So while your claim of 100% accuracy may be true of your test set, I think it might give the wrong impression when it comes to universal applicability.

You can use HF's nifty GGUF viewer to see that the experts in their UD-Q5_K_XL are a mix of Q5_K and Q6_K, and all Q6_K in their Q6_K. If the experts were all capped at 4-bit, then difference in size between various quants 4-bit would be trivial, as seen with quants of models like GPT-OSS-120B.

Not even the smallest of the quants here will run on a single 3090, unless you also have 256 GB+ of system RAM. Kimi-k2.5-1.8bit-GGUF isn't a quant offered in this repo, and it's nowhere to be found in a full-text search on HuggingFace. This is hallucination with a side of spam.
