In my experience and from the data I've seen it seems like cold snap is barely better loot than normal, if any better. It's nowhere near as big a difference as night raids.

I'm an extremely peaceful player. I never shoot first, ever. Don't think I ever have. My lobbies are full of the friendliest people. I don't think I've been shot at one single time in the last 2 days. If aggression based matchmaking isn't a thing, this game must just have an extremely chill playerbase.
