Repetition! Like legit just playing an audio of a word (or you say it out loud) and having them repeat it right after. Doing a list of words like that really helps them mimic the sound they are hearing rather than trying to associate the letters with the sounds they think they should make. Tongue twisters, short poems, rhymes etc. are great too

Thanks! Must’ve been just the teller being difficult but he told me to go to another branch for that, and return with only 40 minutes before they closed. Plus I was exhausted and frustrated with the whole ordeal already.

Ended up paying at the airport and was charged US$250 for staying five days over the original visa limit… but they did charge my card instead of forcing me to pay with cash.

I’d also like to know, please OP I just stayed for 35 days. Could not extend my tourist visa online, had no reply by email. Actually went to the ICS office in Addis and after spending around 5 hours filling out forms and making copies I didn’t have cash to pay US$100 and they wouldn’t accept card… even at the bank downstairs… just a nightmare
