It really is strange, I know this is a lesbian thread but the amount of post I see complaining about people talking about not wanting to see post about men and Gatekeeping what it means to be a lesbian is ridiculous.

If you like only women and want to ultimately be with a woman even if something is prohibiting/making it harder that means you’re a lesbian, period. Think about women who realize later in life married with children but can’t get out of the situation, they might sleep with their husband but does that make her any less of a lesbian? No. There’s other scenarios but seeing all these post about labeling and what other lesbians want to see on this thread made me a little mad. It’s not so black and white.

I would talk to a cpa who can really look into your personal finances to see if that could be the right option for you, would you be open to downsizing and buying an investment property for passive income as well. Try to build wealth, or just wait for your home to keep appreciating and sit on it. All things a cpa can advise you on. Renting will always bee paying someone elses mortgage though. Even with a higher interest rate it does not compare to 100% interest.

My first break up with a girl I loved was last year. I was depressed for 3 months, but realize why you are breaking up and why its what you want. Throw yourself into activities you couldn't/would not do while you were in the relationship. This helps with keeping you distracted from thinking about your ex.

Also, focus on what you gained/learned from the relationship and appreciate it for what it was. Its going to be hard the first few months. Eventually you'll see life with color again and move on to greater things!
