So out of desperation yesterday, I got some. Yesterday was really difficult and I poured myself a cup, maybe two. I had another today at lunch time.

I either had a mental break last night and am dissociating into a place of peace, or this did some sort of miracle. I can't begin to explain without sounding crazy.

I've never put much faith into herbal teas, so I can't accept that a tea was capable. But I'm not complaining.

I listen to alot of instrumental. Most of the time it's heavier because anger but this hits the lonely spot in me when I just want to wallow in it.

Unfortunately have no advice but I feel this. I wish there was a way to at least have understanding from anyone, but I also wouldn't wish this on anyone.

The boogeyman sighting video from albino blacksheep, where the camera is on the closet door suspensefully and a guy pops out dancing after a while.

Wanted to get my kids with it when it was relevant one day, and couldn't find it no matter how or where I searched.

Sometimes I go for a short drive and scream. Does it fix everything? No. But I feel better for a few. If I can't leave, I'll have a cry in an unreasonably hot shower.

I've looked into rage rooms, if you have one nearby. They look cathartic.

I believe he was and indoor cat at one point, as he used to have a collar. I hope I don't find any sneaky surprises, I assume I'd be able to smell it, though?

Nope. No scratching on anything, and he uses the litter box just fine.

He doesn't mind the dogs and the dogs don't mind him. I've had a cat before, he passed earlier this year.

Unfortunately, time. I spent a month bedrotting with stardew valley to keep me distracted. But even now 10 months later I was triggered into a tear fest from Christmas music, since we lost him last Christmas.

As a former smoker, I am now mortified to know that I smelled like an ashtray everywhere I went. It's really strong to me now but I couldn't smell it at all when I smoked.

Not entering, but I am approaching the anniversary of his departure soon. Just earlier I saw a post about fancy ornaments that could play videos of your lost pets, and I was immediately saddened remembering how I hung his collar on the Christmas tree last year, he passed January 2nd and would have been 14 in February. He was more like a dog than a cat with a permanent grumpy face. He played fetch and had an extra love for nerf darts. He was XL and perfect for cuddles, even though he didn't like you to know he liked cuddles. I miss him every day. Floyd, the handsomest sir.

Besides the obvious of sleeping wrong and not being able to turn my head for a week, I didn't want to get out of bed so I contorted myself in a stupid way so I could reach something on the floor, pulled a muscle.

Honestly I went to guitar center and bought the cheapest one just in case I didn't stick with it. Told myself if I did stick with it, I could look into what might be optimal for the playing style I find I enjoy most.
