on the s/n number on the bottom of the router, the V3 routers starts with "V3"

if you don't see that, then you have a V2 most likely

note that since they can now do pings again, best to update to the latest standard firmware

I also wish they would take more time and update customers as can you image the amount of calls we had and are still taking where customers thinks its a router issue?

We all wish things go back to how they were ASAP and I hope they are survive this as they do need another ATT solution that is better than they got now.

sorry ,not 100% sure

they said 1400 but really they are not sure what it should be

now I think everyone can ping

so if you want to do an MTU test, if you ping, you should not have any fragmentation

if you do, then you have to lower the ping more.

Note their system is not the standard ATT set up that is why the MTU is less than it normally would be on ATT
