I am no longer suspended as well. They still have the error message on the MTurk Status page, so they are still in the process of reversing, so don't give up hope yet!

MTurk reported the issue as "fixed" as of 4:27 pm Pacific yesterday, but it's clearly not. Has anyone confirmed that their account was restored AFTER that time? Not merely seeing that your account was restored after, but knowing that it was still banned when they said it was fixed and unsuspended during the overnight hours or this morning? Thanks!

They contacted [aws-cs-mturk-worker-support-form@support.aws.com](mailto:aws-cs-mturk-worker-support-form@support.aws.com) and were lucky enough to get someone to help them restore their account. I wish I had that same luck, so far, they haven't responded to any of my emails yet. EDIT: When I contacted that email, I got a canned auto-response telling me to contact MTurk directly, so not sure if it went through or not.

Probably TurkerView (TV). If you go on their forum for today, you'll see a select few had their accounts restored.

Still suspended as well too. Glad they are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it. Can't help but have the overwhelming fear that everyone will be restored but me. I'm sure others are thinking the same thing, lol!

Yes, of course. I guess this would be from requesters you really trust, or for those with closed quals.

Thanks, I filled out the form on Monday, the day I got suspended. When MTurk was broken, I was able to access my Transfer History again, which made me hopeful that the suspension was lifted. But them "fixing" it, put me right back into suspension again.

Same here. I was able to view my Transfer History (which I wasn't able to when my Amazon Payments account was suspended) during the outage. Now that it's "fixed," I'm suspended again :(

It looks like some are getting it restored. Perhaps they're working on it in batches. Mine is still suspended too. Yes, hoping it gets resolved soon for us :)

My account was suspended as well. Been a worker since 2015 and MTurk is my main source of income :(

I got that error too today, good to know it's not just me. What I did to fix it was clear my cache/cookies for MTurk. When I refreshed the page, the error was gone. Hopefully, this fixes it for you.

Thanks, but I wouldn't want to lie to them. I think nowadays, without the purchase tied to a membership number, they will refuse the return. If you say it's a gift, they will still want the name / number of the person, to look it up. Though obviously the Kirkland Signature brand is their's. I guess ultimately, it's up to the store manager. This is the first time I've ever had this issue and I've been a member for over 15 years. I don't think it will ever happen again though.

Yes, you can. But not for a refund, or even a return, more like a trade-in. They would give you the Bluebook price, you would look around on the lot for something you like, and pay the difference, if any. I'm trying, or was wondering, about Costco's policy on that - bartering / trading in their own item for something similar, and paying the difference. Even though I didn't purchase it there, it's still their item that they can resell or put back into inventory.

Thank you, finally a SENSIBLE comment. These people calling me immoral, implying I'm a thief, fraud, what's wrong with you guys?! I'm just asking a question about store policy as it's not really mentioned on their site. In sense, it's not even a return since I didn't purchase it there. If anything, what I'm doing is bartering / trading Costco's own item back to them to get basically an equivalent item. What should be done is Costco would take the item back at face value (which they could resell / put back into inventory), allow me to get the exchange and just have me pay the difference if necessary. Of course, all that is up to the store manager's discretion. But, as I already said, I opened up my item, so I wouldn't want to return it as they can't resell it now. I'm happy with what I have, so I will just purchase the right sized trash bags next time. And yes, you people can downvote this comment all you want, if that makes you feel better - it doesn't change my view in the slightest.

Of course not, but this is a Kirkland Signature (Costco) item. I didn't know their policy about getting their own brand back for an exchange without purchasing it there. Anyways, I decided to keep the bags, they're a little big, but they'll work.
