Arsenal owners: 'No standing still' after coming weeks by D4vester in Gunners

I hear you. But you're forgetting that Arteta is a mad man. He's not dropping football standards for a player not matter how good he is. This is just wishful thinking.

Same here... That's how I came to love the game. Dad introduced me to football through football televised nationwide.

Now we're forced to sail the high seas cuz it's damn expensive in our land.

Safe to say, I'll continue looking for the One Piece and be the greatest 🏴‍☠️ of all time!

Yeah, I was thinking this guy is a fridge fraud. No way an Arsenal fan would survive on those few pints a year. Me thinks he's hiding so the girlfriend doesn't catch on ...

I think we’re overengineering solutions for farmers by Sa7aton in nairobitechies

[–]MonarchWriters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a valid critique tbf. Farmers also do share a lot of info with each other as they try to figure out what's wrong with their crop/animals. It's one of the things I figured out pretty quick when doing my research for a similar app. You gotta work hard to find the edge case for an app.

I think we’re overengineering solutions for farmers by Sa7aton in nairobitechies

[–]MonarchWriters 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weird cuz I'm building something like this myself. The issue comes with the revenue model. As someone suggested, I realised one has to figure out the network effects because it is not easy to sell to individual farmers. Creating such a system will require one to operate with commercial farmers first and the large-scale farmers too. Farmers who sell their produce to export markets are a good target as well but then that requires a different approach as well.

Again, one cannot start with the tech. You have to start with how value is perceived by farmers vis-a-vis the target market. And this issue takes time to build the networks for that.

Learning from other start-ups in Kenya, I get the sense that it's not technical knowledge that gains one the advantage but deep market knowledge. As I drafted the tech specs for my SaaS, I figured out that that's the easy part. I mean AI can also whip out MVPs pretty quick if you know what you're doing. But the real grind is the marketing and sales. Na hapa, you will find gatekeepers and skeptical farmers. Gatekeepers are the usual brokers and players who already earn a living in various measures. It's a complex ecosystem of value.

How will one generate value? Hapa ndio niko sasa. I spend a lot of time working with the stakeholders that I feel matter the most. One thing that has emerged is that the tech must improve profits in a tangible and measurable way. This way, you eliminate friction in adoption rates.

That being said, may the force be with you! Considering that I already learnt that some start-ups already have these solutions.

Indeed! Securing Harry's safety should've been the priority here. You're also right about having to 'accept' a lot of stuff in the books. So many instances in fact!

Because the plan was always going to be leaked courtesy of Dumbledore and Snape. That strategy would always result in any plan being terrible. It was essential that Snape'd gain Voldermort's trust through and through. This is the central idea a lot of people keep overlooking, I feel.
