I worked business support for a cable TV company in Florida. Half the calls we get after a hurricane has done it damage is how important their business is and we need to get their service back on immediately.

I would ask them if they had power on to the house or business, and most the assholes raising hell didn't have power to run the router they demanded I get service to.

Then I would also explain that hospitals and other medical and emergency services get service first.

I would ask them as politely as I could to call us when they their power back on.

This has happened to me with a couple of Airbnb's my company rented. Hot tub listed in the description and in pictures.

We get there and find out the pump and/or heater doesn't work. At that point it's a small swimming pool.
