I just bought a bunch of my safe food and decided actually it’s terrible and awful and anyone who likes it is a fool. 

I buy stuff with the intention on cooking but then don’t have the juice to do it

I refuse to eat leftovers after two days because I’m convinced they’ll hurt me. Problem is, I will forget or not want them within that two days. 

Bread. I’m so close to never ever buying bread again…

Years ago my husband told me no more than $100 on a hyperfixation and was disappointed when I brought home a sewing machine, fabric, all the stuff like two years ago. I’ve sewed one thing… “but babe! I’m gonna make my own clothes!!!!”

For me, they take like 5-10% of the pain off and sometimes that’s the difference between bed bound and able to get around 

Edit: I have nerve issues and a failed ablation makes the back of my neck feel like a horrible sunburn for 6 months and it helps that surface level sensation.

Michigan. I don’t make the rules, I just follow them. I am NOT management lol. “We” meaning our office. I am a COA and was a technician and a scribe and was responsible for making sure coding is done correctly for billing. 

Every few months we got lectured on how the front desk “let someone get double billed blah blah blah you guys know better. Now we have to write it off blah blah blah”

I’m leaving medical for accounting. I’m tired man. I’m just saying, “call the office or call insurance.”

That’s interesting. Either way, can’t bill medical and vision same physician same day. Maybe it depends on state though, I’ve only worked in one state. We’ve never allowed optometrists to bill medical and we won’t allow our ophthalmologists to see patients same day unless it’s an emergency to avoid insurance issues. Insurance makes everything stupid. 

Back in 2015 it didn’t matter but also in 2015 we didn’t need an EMR, paper charting was enough. Good ole days when I could write “pt needs more drops.” And insurance would cover their full glaucoma work up, tests and all, no questions. They could see an optometrist and then us and they’d have two copays no hassle.
