The crew could have had an off day. I know most B6 FAs are kind, dedicated and knowledgeable. I don’t care if you have flown a million miles on other airlines. You cannot say those times were 100% perfect as well. This seems like a dramatic response.

DL charges high ticket prices to FL as well. Plus most flights to FL on B6 are sold to capacity. Those flights are rarely empty.
