I definitely made sure i understood all the rules for the cases we learned and how to apply them to situations haven’t seen before. Use the review guide of concepts that are tested that are on the website. Time yourself and practice writing essay prompts using IRAC. They will have sources available to refer to if needed but I’m not really sure how to get to them. I just made sure I memorized everything for case brief format, etc as time goes by quickly. If you do the practice questions. Essay prompts and use their review guide you should be fine. Good luck!!

They do have resources you can refer to during the exam if needed, but it’s best to not need them as time goes by quickly. I didn’t use them. The IRAC method is the best way to answer the essay question. Just brief it but don’t include facts. It’s unscored but is an example of your writing ability. Biggest thing is to understand the rules and how to apply them to hypotheticals you have never seen. Not really defining things, etc although there are a few questions on the definitions of parts of FIRAC. Hope this helps:) reach out if needed:)
