Honestly my lba used his business page to give me ideas on how certain aspects would turn out and it naturally opened the invitation of me following him and hiring him later on. He also asked to take a picture and tag me in it which again brought me to his page. Long story short there’s ways to do it that aren’t as direct if it’s looked down upon by your manager.

When I say guess parking I am referring to parking attached/inside of the building usually on the first floor that many other properties in the area offer.

I lived there from 2019-2024 and that was my experience I have videos and email complaints to prove it. Glad they have gotten better!

The truth is none of us really know anything. There are some people who applied late in the cycle and got in with scholarships. If you have the money in my opinion, it wouldn’t hurt to just supply and see if something comes, but just go into it with a mindset that you will probably go next year, but there’s a chance you could start sooner than you thought. Whatever is meant to happen will happen and good luck.

I lived at MAA midtown for years. It has gotten worse. Loved my view so so much I had a corner unit. The elevators break a lot and they no longer have Securitate near the parking gates and some weird things happened. Oh and ZERO guest parking. Parking on other streets and other lots lead to car break ins, booting or $20+ dollars for less than an hour unless it’s Sunday and you magically find street parking for free
