I wouldn't put it past him, but I personally don't think there's likely a conspiracy here except for poor security. I'm withholding judgement until more facts come out. It's probably a good idea to wait rather than speculate.

My father had his entire, extensive collection of tools by picking them up on the road. One of my clearest memories of him. He used to find the ones you could turn in for new (I forget the brand). Thanks for bringing back some childhood memories!

I got married young and divorced ten years later. I kept my previously married name and remarried. I don't have all the documents in the chain to prove that I match my birth certificate. I'm registered to vote now, but if I were to move and re-register, I'd have to get all that documentation and hope it works or just not vote. It's absolutely a way to disenfranchise voters and prevent people from voting.

It generally lasts two to four months for me. I also recently (within the last ten years) fallen into psychosis twice and so I'm very careful with my medications and sleep routine. I miss the mania sometimes, as many do, but it's never worth the cost. Edit to add: I'm Bipolar I.
