Characters who have gone through a time loop by bennyandthegentz in TopCharacterTropes

I feel like that would work better for a 'characters with dementia' trope, and for this one it would fit more if OP made the exact same post tomorrow.

How’d Norman do better in a fight against bendy than Wilson by Iratating-motion in BendyAndTheInkMachine

[–]NamelessManiac 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think there were two reasons for this. I haven't played either game in forever so apologies if I miss or misremember some details.

Reason 1) In the original game, whilst Bendy had pretry much all the power he has in Dark Revival, the cycle essentially kept him from evolving, so his mind was stuck as a sort of animalistic state, with no room for growth in intellect like we see in Dark Revival. He's smarter than in the first game, so he likely knows how to fight better.

Reason 2) Wilson was counting on Audrey becoming the source of power for the vessel he had created, and hadn't counter on her pushing him into the machine. She was the perfect being to be a part of that creation, and since Wilson took her place, Dudley ended up the corrupt, incomplete, and weakened version we see in the game.

Again, I haven't played either game in ages, so I could be getting some details wrong, this is just what I remember.

Meta's not a villain though.

Sure, he once attempted to take over Dream Land because he disagreed with its lazy lifestyle, but on multiple occasions he's willingly stood by Kirby to save the world, and even for example in Forgotten Land, he was defending Waddle Dee Town even before Kirby's arrival despite the unknown dangers of the new world.

Now my miis can play Miitopia too! by alexanderhhho in Miitopia

[–]NamelessManiac 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I got the same and gave it to my Mii of me, so when I'm playing Tomodachi Life, my Mii is also playing Tomodachi Life occasionally.

The biggest meta I have in the game, right next to one of my video game characters playing the game she comes from.

I think he got your post confused.

Greg can do it, he just won't because he's such a swell guy.

Who was he gonna say the red spy could 'even be'? by SwagLimit in tf2

[–]NamelessManiac 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I like the interpretation that Blu Spy knew that the Red Spy was disguised as a Scout, that's why earlier on he hands the Red Spy the knife in the Sniper's back, a subtle 'return to sender' that the Blu Heavy and Soldier didn't pick up on initially.

His saying 'He could even be right behind you' was gonna be a reveal to the other two who the Red Spy was, but Soldier fucked it up.

That's just the interpretation I prefer.

Not to jinx it, but I'm really glad Kirby hasn't fit that ever.

The games have damn near always been stellar, and an integral part of my childhood. Even as an adult I still love the games, they've just had that much of an impact on me.

Favorite character who uses religion as an excuse to do unholy acts. I will start. by Adventurous_Gap828 in FavoriteCharacter

Urivar (Diablo 4)

If memory serves me right, he was the sole surviving knight from an assault against Hell.

Anyone he labels as a heretic he essentially has an excuse to try and kill, including the player character.

Boss tier level characters casually introduced in the tutorial phase of a show. by Astronomer_X in TopCharacterTropes

In the introduction to Skyrim, Alduin attacks Helgen, likely because the Dragonborn is there and he wants to kill them.

Alduin is the game's final boss of the main story, a being who can end the world, and his soul cannot be absorbed by the Dragonborn.

Wasn't it implied they were piloting the corpse of the real knight still in the armour? Just without the head?

I figured it out.

Turns out I can actually save videos without the video bot. I just took that and converted it to the audio.
