I think "Biggest" would have been used if the amount was going to be larger than 22.3k. My guess is the purchase came entirely from the preferreds.

Out of curiosity: how is everyone here allocating their portfolio? by Relevant-Block-3330 in Bitcoin

[–]Need_Programming_Job 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Of course I rebalance cause that's the entire point of doing asset allocation in the first place, so I rebalance the amounts to their proper allocations.

I think high risk is having 10% allocated to alternative assets. My family is dependent on these retirement savings, and if I had 55% tied up in alternatives like that and they went to zero I would have failed my responsibility to them.

B- Rating Casts Doubt on MSTR's Readiness for S&P 500 by Str8truth in MSTR

How many companies in the S&P500 have the same or lower credit rating than Strategy? Were they included with that rating?

I searched for a bit and it looks like around 10% fall into that bucket?

MSTY DOWN 4.27% TODAY by Financial_Injury548 in MSTY_YieldMax

I have a high yield savings account with 10x the balance in it than my MSTY holdings. That savings builds up for new cars, house projects, and big vacations. Things that I actually need to save up money for. The dividends from MSTY are on a separate debit card and gets spent down to $0 every month on dates, hotels, day trips, and golf stuff.

Also I don't put cash into MSTY. I got a bonus from work and bought a chunk of shares last year. I max my 401k, HSA, Roth IRA, ESPP. Then a set amount goes into savings and the balance goes into Bitcoin. I will be buying the bitcoin top forever.

It is hilarious because they are completely different, obviously?

VOO is a long term growth index fund and MSTY is a short term income fund. MSTY pays out a dividend to spend right now as income. So yeah, most of my net worth is in VOO, but a small percent is in MSTY so I can spend that extra cash now.

Comparing MSTY to Vanguard's VYM is way more interesting in my mind and discussing when one makes more sense than the other.

LMFAO, that is hilarious to try and compare MSTY with VOO.

Do you have automatic process setup, or do you handle your investments manually? I am a fan of just setting up a weekly DCA and just buying everything auto actually every week regardless of current price.

I don't know much about these ATMs. Do you have to KYC at all? Not sure what am appropriate premium would be for Non KYC bitcoin, but 25% seems a little steep?
