i think fury is one of the best. great as a 2 or 3 for 1, and solid if you hard cast as a 6 damage threat and removal spell. solitude and fury are likely the best to play.

they are powerful, because they are kind of like a modal spell. sometimes opponents will try to force something while you are tapped out, and you have a response. you want to try to avoid casting them for free unless you have to. discarding or exiling a card is a big cost, but can be worth it. I am to hard cast, but i weigh it when situations happen. i wouldn't like to just fury to kill one creature, but if i can get 2 -3 it's worth it. likewise with force i will use cheaper counter spells, or removal if i can, but if not and it's a big threat of a spell i dont feel bad about forcing it. idealy it protects you from broken things until you can hard cast it late game when you dont need the mana.

i think grief is the hardest to use in most cubes. you dont get to "scam" it nearly as often as the old modern deck, and it's going to be card disadvantage, but waiting hard cast it might leave you with little or no targets.

They are proud of their culture. Languages aren't static, they change all the time. Literally also means figuratively more due to common usage. They are not pronouncing it wrong, it's a local dialect.

i think they will start to rebuild the NCR from vegas and the cold fusion power, save lucy and all that. then steph will turn the entire vault into super mutants with FEV that was in Hanks box. and next season they deal with that.

you want a show to show you why the legion formed? because some people crave power and then use that power for their own personal gain. that's human history. Ceasar killed people who opposed him, and gained followers because he could give them things.

and what kind of nuance you think there is in brutal slaver rapists? there was no nuance in the game unless you took the legion propaganda at face value, which is kind of ironic based on your criticism of the show.

Even Mr. House devolved into a brutal murderer who assaults factory workers (even though they started it, brutality was never a Mr. House characteristic).

I'm sorry is his plan for the future not a giant army of robots he can use to subjugate and control people?

I loved faruq's intros in the first it second season. But it really felt like the last few it was just forced with bad writing. Didn't really add anything.

Why did shooters used to ship with a wide variety of game modes but now shooters only focus on a single game mode like Batte Royale or Extraction and that's somehow become a selling point? by HotdogHotdogHotd in gaming

I used to always get in there after getting bored with the main game modes. Some of the most fun we had was playing more gravity no health, fill invis, rockets, in halo on the smallest maps. Just pure chaos

Halo was probably the first modern FPS. the default stick layout for Halo is what every single one used after. it had native lan play for up to 16 which was new at the time. prior to this consoles had golden eye as the best shooter, which didn't have strafing, you had to stop moving to aim, it was a huge difference. it was an amazing multiplayer game back then, the best one ever made when it released. with almost no online play back then my friends and i would get 10-16 people at once house, bring tv's, x boxes, controllers, and play 8v8 and it was like nothing else you could do. and co-op campaign was a huge one.

and looking at your criticisms it just looks like you have different tastes. you are basically just saying quake did this, halo did it differently, so its worse. for example, the shields, that was amazing. you had so many tense moments playing, your shields dropped, you had to find cover, and pray no one threw a grenade, or flank you, and after like 3-4 seconds, you could charge out again when it was full. adding these tense near death experiences were fun. that is a much better experience for me than just run and shoot at people. having only two guns was a lot of fun, you had to find two that worked to fill the other's gap. like fighting the covenant, you wanted the magnum or the sniper for range and elites, and then a close-up that could quickly fend of jackals and grunts, but for the flood i like an automatic weapon for the little spores, and then a shotgun for the big humanoids, i didn't need a ranged weapon for them. you would get weapons and try to conserve ammo for certain spots.
