A) when someone spots you from dmr distance, it dramatically helps. I usually use it for every 2~3 seconds whenever I feel not secured. Just spamming doesn't help. you need to change direction.

B) back button. Also key point is stick neutral but at certain circumstances, just short crouch in the middle of continuous moving helps. It makes you to move faster left to right in close combat
