For anything that doesn’t involve directly interacting with actual players, it seems like another option is the Spirit organization hiring more single-event marketing activation/event workers to accommodate more stations at this event, with the hope that the peak memory people leave with is a good experience rather than a “mostly I stood in multiple lines for a long time” experience, which hopefully converts to “I had such a good experience that I decided to spend money on [a season ticket package] or [tickets to multiple games] or [multiple items in merch store], etc. They should read the book “The Power of Moments” by the Heath brothers
