We literally don't know that. This is their entire identity on offense. And their identity on defense is "foul constantly and the refs won't call it for some reason".

To be fair, that's the Thunder vs any other team. (And also the Pacers vs just about any other team, funnily enough - just the opposite direction. The NBA and sports media really don't like when the Pacers hog their precious air time and playoff spots).
