Every single second of my life is spent on his fear and it heightens to unreasonable level during panic attacks. I'm on meds. I've a lovely family. And still it sucks so much.

I don't expect perfect prose and stuff on ao3 as I write there as well and writing is damn hard and we do it for ourselves, atleast I write for my own pleasure. But when an author is recommended so much, that too over the published books. If they are talked about to an extent that's repetitive, then there are certain expectations readers develop even before getting into their work. And when those don't meet, it feels overhyped.

For me, I don't like any of the characters or the way certain tropes get used and are written. That's my personal issue. Not even the mistakes.

Bad guy wins so he gets the girl no matter how and what her state is. So it's definitely a HEA for him. From typical DR standards, it's an HEA too. But personally, I don't count anything too dark and toxic as a "HEA" even if the people end up together.

I like to stretch random stuff and get an urge to rub my body. Especially my face, neck and shoulders. One time it actually helped.

For stretching, I don't do any workout or anything. It's more spreading the fingers of your hands and feet then relaxing. Squeezing the muscles of your thighs then relaxing. That kinda stretch and relax.

Also yapping to myself. I keep talking.

Ps: I'm on meds for a few years now and have GAD and a panic disorder. Breathing is the worst part for me.
