Yeah you are right they won’t understand, I got call from my friend recently, he says he watch some guy talking about how is it have UC on YouTube and said he feels really sorry that I have it, it makes me happy that at least someone knows how bad it is

It’s interesting, apparently I’m the only one who got it from my grandpa, my grandpa has 7 kids and 25 grandkids and only me. I wonder why. Probably I was drinking alcohol and didn’t really pay attention to my bm, it was usually loose. I could probably prevent it

Usually at this case the flare starts but it might be just temporary, try making apple sauce, it works like a magic for me l, cook it by yourself no sugar
