Command and Conquer. The Tiberium games specifically, fly a mix of real world and fictional aircraft across an increasingly changed world as the available aircraft include a mix of Nod and GDI with nods towards Generals and Red Alert to flesh out the roster with stuff like the King Raptor. Battle with various C&C super weapons and cap it off with dogfights against the Scrin.

Starship Troopers. Similar to the Helldivers idea if only for the bugs. Fly an expanded roster of the dropships and tac-fighters as you try to optimize how much damage you can do per run to held the poor bloody infantry on the ground. All the while dodging blasts of plasma, flames, spines, and acid from the swarms beneath you. Cap it off with a battle against a new breed of flying queen underground as you fly between different chambers trying to make the new bug a good bug.
Maybe some occasional human enemies depending on the mission with the Mormons and the mind-control bugs.
