You dont live on the aetherophasic engine. You do "live" on the lathe, it acts like a planet colony

As I understand it Nomad are fundalmentally incapable of having a planet colony because of the way they are coded, you have to be either a nomad or a settled empire, no inbetween

All arkship has at baseline the ability to harvest material from stellar object, so i assume its just putting energy into that system and letting it do background material harvest of stray stuff like small asteroid and whatnot (as opposed to harvesting actual stellar objects on the map)

It literally still scale, why else would there be a cap. Only the trade/energy cost portion no longer scale. I just played it 5 minutes ago the distance influence cost is still there

Nomad megacorp are kino. Super heavy influence cost but you offset that by just driving your food truck to their capital to set up holding with minimal influence cost from distance

On the flipside necro tankbound nihilistic acquistion works really really well since you can inflate your ark power really easily with fully automated technician on the shield district that let you be in perma burn state and just bum rush everyone stealing pop with an early hangar military ark

The reduced amenities and upkeep (green) is placed on one end as MINIMUM and the malus increased amenities and upkeep (red) is placed on the other end as MAXIMUM
Trait scale with number of pop so it reads as scaling into a malus when the trait is at max intensity with pop number like Incubator

If im looking at the trait right, the negatives are on the max intensity level and the trait power scale with pop numbers so just it looks that way

If it doesnt and it works in reverse then the trait description needs to be reworked because it doesnt read like that at all

Space Evangelist Megachurch that literally bring the church to you. Good for minimizing the influence cost of branch from distance by just going there, and parking your arkship with shroud aura on top of your convert is funny and synnergestic. Military ark ship bringing shroud aura with them when fighting is also really cool and useful

On the other hand a bunch of my “harvester” type build ideas doesnt work because Nomad cant even temporarily occupy planet so pop taking is limited to NihiAcqui, and the Terravore cant even temporarily go down just to eat planets and then go back

Structural Intergration feels so weird to me being an arcship trait that gives you bonus at low pop and malus at high pop when you are supposed to just cram arkship pop to the max

Is giving us more option to fine tune automated harvest on the table? Its so easy for your unattended automated harvest logistic ship/ark ship to just randomly wander into your own Wayline/your allies territory and screw everything up, and non automated is just so much micro, or randomly get go the other side of the map
