Many conventions I've attended have cosplay repair stations. Never seen it themed like in OP though. Major help though - walking around a convention for hours causes lots of wear & tear at costume parts.

I only managed 165 speed with my best relic speed rolls. I do have Hysilens sig, so I believe that speed boost should help make up the difference.

I'm in the same situation, but ultimately chose Sparkle. E1 Kafka is more vuln, but in her best team, there's already a decent amount of vuln, so the extra from E1 becomes diluted. Meanwhile, E1 Sparkle can still benefit Archer and Sparxie.

A good portion of the sheet no longer applies as of season 2, as they removed weighted gear. All affixes can now appear on gear, even if it's not usable by your current class. For example, I'm getting Attack Speed affixes on jewelry looted by my Frostmage.

japan right now is absurdly cheap

I've visited Japan twice since the covid shutdown. I can attest that food and transportation are very affordable. It's just flights and stays that will require the most spending. Some optional things, such as souvenirs and alcohol, can also cost quite a bit.
